Responsibilities

• Building relationships with potential candidates
• Registering new candidates and keeping their data up to date
• Developing a strong understanding of the market
• Interviewing candidates, meeting clients, and organizing candidate interviews
• Generating new candidates using typical sourcing methods
• Monitoring all job boards for potential lead generation and carrying out strategic business development in due course
