Responsibilities

• Recruit and select professionals in your business area
• Build strong relationships with candidates
• Advise candidates on their careers and guide them throughout the hiring process
• Gain in-depth market knowledge and provide expert advice to clients when needed
• Register new candidates, ensuring all crucial information is complete and accurate
• Generate new candidates through typical recruitment methods such as the company's database, LinkedIn, job postings, and referrals
• Attend meetings with clients to expand your client network
