Requirements

  • A proven track record of placing legal professionals on an interim basis would be ideal
  • Individuals with a desire to work within this area and some relevant experience to leverage would also be considered
  • A “go getter” – someone who is prepared to take ownership for their business development and help develop the client base, leveraging off the existing tax one we have
  • A passion for delivering and providing high levels of service to clients
  • A goal-orientated approach to work
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ambition and the determination to succeed
  • High emotional intelligence, articulate and confident
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Independently managing the full recruitment cycle
  • Using a variety of different sourcing platforms and attraction strategies to identify the best candidates in the market
  • Building networks of active and passive candidates relevant to their market
  • Working on an average of 8 to 14 positions at any one time under time pressure
  • Interviewing candidates and presenting CV shortlists within a short time frame
  • Proactively building on sector/market expertise
  • Running and contributing to client meetings or job briefings
  • Developing strong relationships with clients to effectively represent the client’s brand
  • Proactively seeking out new business development opportunities and approaching potential candidates and clients
  • Confidently selling the benefits of working with Taylor Root and offering suitable client solutions
  • Confidently communicating Taylor Root’s Terms of Business and negotiating favourable terms
