  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar role, preferably within a recruitment agency or corporate HR environment
  • Familiarity with using ATS/HRIS systems such as Workable, Asana, or similar platforms to manage recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and tools like Workable, Asana, or other ATS/HRIS systems
  • Basic understanding of HR metrics and reporting related to recruitment activities
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software updates relevant to the recruitment function

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in job posting on relevant platforms and sourcing potential candidates
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and conduct orientation sessions as needed
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing expense reimbursements and maintaining recruitment-related documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a recruitment agency setting is highly valued
  • Familiarity with the fast-paced nature of agency recruitment and the ability to handle multiple client demands concurrently is advantageous
  • Experience in corporate HR departments or related fields will also be considered
