You will partner with recruiters to develop targeted recruitment strategies, leveraging various sourcing techniques. Responsibilities include posting job openings, coordinating interviews and background checks, reviewing resumes, and developing strategies to attract passive candidates. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of office experience, excellent communication skills, and strong research and networking abilities. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an office/business environment
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple client requirements simultaneously
- Willingness to learn and grow within the industry
- Ability to focus on details and understand the broad impact of inconsistencies
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and well developed verbal and written communication skills
- Strong research and networking skills: Ability to identify and engage with potential candidates across various platforms
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Understanding of online sourcing tools and techniques: Familiarity with ATS, social media platforms, and other sourcing resources
- Analytical skills: Ability to track and analyze sourcing metrics to improve effectiveness
- Knowledge of the relevant industry and job market: Understanding of the types of roles and candidates they are sourcing for
Responsibilities
- Provide all administrative and clerical support for the Talent Acquisition department with an emphasis on Sourcing and Scheduling
- Inputting and maintaining accurate recruitment and hiring processes
- Addressing applicant and candidate questions and concerns
- Establishing and maintaining solid working relationships with managers, directors, and other key members to assist with recruiting and retention needs
- This position plays a critical role in partnering with recruiters to develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies, leveraging passive sourcing techniques and market insights to attract top talent
- Maintains highest level of confidentiality and privacy for all employee and company information
- Posts open positions to internal and external sites i.e. job boards, social networking, college campus career services, etc
- Coordinates complex interview scheduling
- Coordinate background checks for all current and new employees
- Use online channels, social media, and other methods to find potential candidates for open positions
- Review resumes and profiles to assess qualifications and suitability for specific roles
- Develop strategies to attract passive candidates and build a strong pipeline of potential hires for future needs
- Work closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth candidate pipeline
- Help maintain requisition and other ad hoc reporting on various recruiting stats
- Maintain employee documents and files
- Provide assistance with new hire orientation as needed
