You will manage the entire employee lifecycle, from attracting top talent to supporting employees throughout their tenure. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, managing employee data, and administering employment changes. You will ensure a positive employee experience and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or as an HR Generalist, preferably in a SaaS environment. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, processes and policies
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or as an HR Generalist, preferably in a SAAS environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Desire and ability to learn and grow
- Ability to work with ambiguity, take initiative, and problem-solve independently
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and make hiring recommendations
- Coordinating with hiring managers to manage the job posting and selection processes and optimize advertising on various platforms
- Ensure timely communications and an overall positive candidate experience
- Monitor and report on key metrics
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process, including orientation and training
- Support hiring managers to ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture, have clarity on role requirements and a pathway for success
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems
- Administer employee movements, including promotions, transfers and terminations
- Seek efficiencies and optimizations with existing data sources, tech stack and workflows
- Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters, escalating where necessary
- Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies and procedures
- Ensure the secure handling of sensitive candidate and employee data in ATS, HRIS, and other systems in compliance with SOC II and other applicable standards
- Collaborate with ITthe team to support secure onboarding/offboarding processes
- Participate in periodic audits and support remediation efforts related to security or compliance gaps within HR systems or processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using HiBob and/or Greenhouse
- Experience administering HR functions for US-based employees
- CHRP (or equivalent) designation
