Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in IT/Software Engineering Recruitment
  • Excellent Tech Sourcing capabilities
  • Strategical recruitment mindset
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to remain flexible and responsive in a fast paced environment
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Flexible and open-minded
  • Proactivity is a must

Responsibilities

  • Business partnering with different departments, and hiring managers in order to understand their recruitment needs and job role requirements
  • Develop an appropriate sourcing strategy according to the hiring needs, including the use of social media to build and maintain a network of potential candidates
  • Hands on experience in technical recruitment across different verticles
  • Providing top quality candidates
  • Internal & external job postings, resume review and sourcing, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, composing offer letters
  • Establish reports, dashboards and benchmarks with the aim of monitoring our activity and continually improving our processes
  • Attending career and professional events, conferences in order to attract top talents
  • Building a network and creating a talent pool for our recruitment needs
  • Continuous improvement of employer branding
  • Participating in various projects in the areas of recruitment, sourcing
