Summary

Join Keywords Studios as a Regional Deployment Lead for the Americas, a 3-month contract position within the Digital People Experience (DPE) Program. You will coordinate and manage regional change activities for Workday's Q1 go-live, working with stakeholders across the Americas. Responsibilities include managing the Americas' Change Network, collaborating with other regional leads, assisting with training curriculum execution, supporting key users, and coordinating communications. The ideal candidate possesses project management experience in fast-paced environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead engaging meetings. This is a full-time, remote contract position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage regional change activities to prepare the business for Workday go-live in Q1
  • Manage Americas’ stakeholders (studio and function heads and People & Culture teams) to support deployment of Workday to the business
  • Manage the Americas’ Change Network, including running monthly meetings and drop-ins, and supporting local engagement activities and ad hoc communications
  • Work closely with the Regional Deployment Leads (UK&I & Europe and APAC) to collaborate and align on program activities
  • Assist the execution of the DPE training curriculum to the business including scheduling, material development / localization / review, logistics and facilitation support and gathering feedback
  • Support Americas’ Key Users in all aspects of preparation for training delivery
  • Work closely with the program Communication Lead and the Americas’ Key Collaborator Network to maximize effectiveness of DPE communications e.g. organize local communication & engagement events, localize materials, distribute / issue communications
  • Coordinate and schedule post Go-Live Q&A sessions for Americas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understands end to end processes in current business and different cultures / environments
  • Has great understanding of Keywords Studios / Service Lines and Functions
  • Familiar with Workday or other HR Information Systems
  • Experience in delivering training and using training development tools e.g. Easygenerator, Canva
  • Familiar with SharePoint intranet development
