Summary

The Regional Digital Director role at Encoura involves digital sales, renewals, and growth in a designated territory. The role requires strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools, digital advertising strategies, presentation skills, and a background in digital marketing and sales. The Regional Digital Director will travel about 25% of the time.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools as well as Monday.com and Google suite
• Strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, tactics, and practices
• Presentation skills and deep experience using Microsoft Suite of products
• In-person to large groups and via web-based environments
• Strong digital marketing and sales background focused on working with clients to craft custom solutions to meet their goals
• Experience in selling into the Higher Education market to enrollment, admissions or alumni teams is a plus
• Ability to travel about 25% of the time to client meetings, company meetings, and industry tradeshows
• 5+ years proven digital sales experience
• Proven ability to grow a territory
• Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales plans
• Create custom solutions using Encoura’s platform for clients with an understanding of the enrollment funnel and application deadlines
• Present solutions and engage with decision makers
• Prospecting and using marketing driven leads
• Partner with media and campaign managers to execute campaign
• Reporting and overseeing campaign to ensure results and lead to renewals
• Conduct client new & existing business meetings
• Manage time to respond the client communications
• Create new business proposals
• Collaborate with media and campaign managers
• Interface with digital operations team via. Monday.com
• Update salesforce
• Travel to conferences and/or campus visits
