Requirements

  • 5+ years of total work experience, including at least 3 years in strategic finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role; at least 2 years working experience in SaaS or Ecommerce industry
  • Strategic, systems-oriented thinker with a proven ability to design scalable processes while managing day-to-day operational needs
  • Thrives in dynamic environments — views ambiguity and process gaps as opportunities for improvement, not barriers
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a strong ability to influence cross-functional teams through clear, actionable insights
  • Globally minded, locally grounded — balances regional P&L ownership with strong alignment to HQ strategy and priorities
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with regional leadership teams across North America and Europe—including GTM, Client Success, and Sales Enablement—to deliver actionable, data-driven insights that guide strategic decision-making
  • Continuously assess and enhance financial operations by developing and implementing standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for key workflows
  • Ongoing optimization of commission structures, sales order processes, and compliance controls to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Own the end-to-end implementation of integrated financial systems across NA and EU, including
  • Travel and expense management platforms
  • Corporate card programs
  • Budget governance and spend control frameworks
  • Payment authorization and approval workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • People management experience is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred to support effective collaboration with Asia-based teams
