Summary

Join GuidePoint Security as the Technology Manager – Finance, HR and Analytics, where you will be responsible for managing and innovating the company's financial, human resources, and analytics systems. This role requires a self-driven technology enthusiast with a passion for streamlining operations, managing multiple initiatives, and leveraging technology to enhance processes. You will be responsible for strategic development, system oversight, product roadmap management, technology and process innovation, technical proficiency, team leadership, stakeholder communication, relationship building, team motivation and development, policy adherence, expert consultation, team management, support and escalation, and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in documenting, standardizing, and optimizing business processes, with a focus on finance and analytics
  • Proficiency in Finance, HR and Analytics platforms such as NetSuite, Domo, and UKG
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret functional documentation and procedure manuals
  • Proven experience in project management and system implementation
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and modern user interface (UI) tools and technologies
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with a strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of managing applications in a secure, structured, and growth-oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience as manager and owner of Finance, HR and Analytics platforms and technologies setting strategy and roadmap
  • 7+ years of experience managing high functioning teams of 5-20 inclusive of internal and external resources
  • Approximately 10% out-of-town travel to regional offices and/or data centers
  • Work remotely or at the regional office when not traveling

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and articulate a clear vision and strategy for Finance, Analytics, and HR applications, ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives and objectives
  • Manage the implementation, documentation, customization, and ongoing maintenance of Finance, Analytics, and HR systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Curate and uphold adherence to the product roadmap, maximizing the value and efficiency of platforms
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and business processes to guarantee that platforms remain reliable, scalable, and cutting-edge
  • Maintain an in depth understanding of the systems that support the Finance, Analytics, and HR operations
  • Direct delivery teams with a focus on maximizing business value, fostering collaboration, and simplifying design processes
  • Maintain transparent communication with management and stakeholders regarding progress, expectations, and any arising issues
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration, drive innovation, and ensure effective communication
  • Inspire and lead the team, encouraging professional growth and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices in design, operation, security, and installation
  • Seek expert advice from peers, partners, and industry experts when necessary
  • Oversee recruitment, development, and retention of the Finance and Analytics team, including vendor management
  • Provide after-hours and escalation support as required
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in implementing and leveraging Finance, HR and Analytics platforms internationally is advantageous
  • NetSuite, UKG and Domo certifications are a plus
  • 5+ years working with middleware applications to facilitate automation
  • Previous finance experience a plus, but not mandatory
