Summary

Join the Global Content Network Team as the Regional Manager for Northern Europe, expanding RA's presence in the region by creating and implementing a regional strategy, hiring and managing City Managers, and supporting editorial content, events, and business development.

Requirements

• Embedded within the Northern Europe scene with a wide existing network
• A passion for electronic music and an in-depth understanding of the industry
• Proven success in a managerial role
• Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills

Responsibilities

• Create and implement the regional strategy for future growth in Northern Europe with the Region’s General Manager
• Management, recruitment and support of City Managers globally
• Management and maintenance of the infrastructure of the Global Content Network
• Growing RA’s audience and profile in key cities by shaping and delivering on quarterly and annual goals
• Monitoring regional data and providing feedback to the Global Content Network Team and City Managers
• Grow RA’s involvement in local communities in key cities through community projects and partnering with local promoters
• Assist with event listings and RA Picks from major cities in Northern Europe
• Acting as the liaison between our Editorial team and City Managers in the region, assisting with local news and feature ideas
• Help organise and coordinate regional RA events
• Business development; work with the Revenue Team to identify potential clients
