Summary

Join Centric Software's dynamic marketing team as a Regional Marketing Manager, focusing on accelerating pipeline growth in North America. You will plan and execute digital campaigns, manage field events (webinars, trade shows, seminars), and cultivate strategic partnerships to promote solutions and generate leads. This role requires collaboration with sales and other departments, leveraging marketing automation tools. The position is remote in Toronto, Canada, with approximately 10-25% travel. Success in this role demands strong communication, collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Food & Beverage/Cosmetics & Personal Care, North America.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B / B2C marketing in the Food & Beverage and/or technology sector
  • Proven experience in marketing
  • Experience working with vendors and budgets
  • Experience collaborating with several departments cross-functionally
  • Autonomous with an understanding of responsibility and accountability
  • Good interpersonal communication and collaboration skills (ability to negotiate)
  • Energetic and not afraid of a challenge
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Enjoy working remotely and can travel approximately 10-25% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and execute digital campaigns that align with overall business objectives. Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and budget
  • Research and oversee advertising opportunities, maintain media relationships and coordinate ad placements
  • Recommend and align social media strategies with broader campaign goals
  • Analyze campaign results against KPIs and apply key insights to improve future initiatives
  • Plan and execute the event plan for all related field events including, but not limited to webinars, trade shows and seminars. Research creative event ideas and options for the region
  • Evaluate event results and prepare ROI reports. Manage budget and invoice with vendors
  • Identify and cultivate strategic co-marketing opportunities with industry partners to jointly promote solutions, co-host events and generate leads
  • Collaborate with sales to develop go-to-market plans, campaign content and enablement materials tailored to consulting partner audiences
  • Engage with industry associations to explore co-marketing opportunities and manage membership agreements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and Pardot marketing automation tool is a plus
  • Language: English. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
