Summary
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the recruitment cycle, building candidate pools, collaborating with local schools, communities, and government to increase talent attraction, and improving working relationships within the organization. A BSc in Human Resources Management/ Law or a relevant field is required.

BSc in Human Resources Management/ Law or relevant field
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment cycle: from sourcing and screening; docs preparation, Background check Etc
- Build a candidate pool who are potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management and be able to recruit passive candidates and build good recruitment pipeline
- Collaboration with local schools, communities, and government to increase talent attraction and fulfillment
- Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Preferred Qualifications
Have a basic understanding of recruitment and human resource
