The Regional Programs Lead will support school teams to achieve programmatic excellence, hire and retain excellent teachers, and ensure the profitability of schools. This role is part of a small team supporting a dozen schools and requires 5+ years' Montessori classroom experience and certification.

Responsibilities

• Build programmatic excellence in school teams
• Hire, grow and retain excellent classroom teachers
• Secure, support, and retain mission-driven talent
• Coach teachers and shape Heads of School who are instructional leaders
• Model in classrooms with teachers and provide action-oriented feedback
• Build capacity in school leaders to observe and provide meaningful programmatic feedback
