Join Effective School Solutions (ESS) as a Regional Recruiting Manager and lead the recruitment of exceptional mental health professionals in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions. Oversee full-cycle recruitment, ensuring new hires are supported and engaged. Develop and implement regional engagement initiatives to foster staff connection and morale. Monitor attrition trends and conduct stay interviews. Use staff feedback to improve the employee experience. Collaborate with the People team on various projects and initiatives. This role requires 3+ years of experience in recruiting or people operations and expertise in leveraging recruiting technology.

Requirements

  • You bring 3+ years of experience in recruiting or people operations
  • You have experience in leveraging recruiting technology and using an ATS to expedite the candidate experience and gather data to inform your next move
  • You are comfortable navigating recruiting data and can translate insights into clear presentations that inform strategy
  • You are a collaborative teammate who values open communication and regularly solicits feedback from others

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mental health professionals across your assigned region, ensuring a high -quality candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance
  • Design and execute a proactive recruiting strategy that supports regional hiring goals
  • Establish region-specific sourcing plans that leverage job boards, networking groups, social media, and employee referrals to attract highly qualified and diverse clinical candidates
  • Build strong, trusting partnerships with internal stakeholders, including clinical leaders and sales teams, to understand workforce needs and translate them into targeted recruiting plans
  • Leverage recruiting technologies (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter) to build pipelines o f candidates
  • Track and analyze key hiring metrics to continuously reflect on performance and optimize recruiting practices
  • Lead or support searches for other r egions and for C orporate roles, as needed
  • Develop and implement regionally tailored engagement initiatives that foster connection, recognition, and morale among staff
  • Monitor attrition trends and conduct stay interviews and new hire check-ins to proactively address emerging concerns
  • Maintain a structured calendar of engagement activities, including virtual events, wellness check-ins, milestone celebrations, and appreciation efforts
  • Partner with the broader People team to support performance management rollout and drive initiatives that promote employee growth and internal mobility
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure employees are not only retained but thriving in their roles
  • Use staff feedback, and engagement metrics to shape and improve employee experience
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of systems that streamline communication, recognition, and regional community-building
  • Foster a work environment that aligns with ESSโ€™s mission, values, and commitment to equity and inclusion
  • Collaborate with other members of the Recruiting and HR teams to support with various People team projects and initiatives

Benefits

Compensatio n: $85,000 - $92,500 + annual bonus
