Summary
Join AppViewX as a Regional Sales Director and drive new business opportunities in the North Central Region. You will qualify, manage, and close sales in new and existing accounts, exceeding a quota of $1.3M+. Build and maintain executive relationships, develop account strategies, and expand the client base. Accurately forecast sales, negotiate deals, and manage the full sales cycle. Represent AppViewX at industry events and contribute to a high-performance sales culture. Travel will be required within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Proven track record of consistent overachievement of quotas ($1M+) in cybersecurity or SaaS sales
- Multiple Presidents Club awards or equivalent top-performer recognitions
- Experience selling SaaS or cybersecurity products to enterprise and Global 2000 customers
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with C-level engagement
- Strong strategic selling, negotiation, and forecasting skills
- Ability to build deep trust and drive executive-level relationships
Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and expansion in Global 2000 accounts directly and through AppViewX partners
- Own and deliver a quota of $1.3M+ annually
- Build and foster executive relationships to influence long-term strategic direction and act as a trusted business advisor
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth, partnering closely with Inside Sales and Customer Success teams
- Maintain and expand the client base through CRM, social media, and targeted prospecting
- Accurately forecast pipeline and sales, negotiate complex deals, and manage full sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Engage C-Level executives to secure project sponsorships and build multi-level trust across accounts
- Represent AppViewX at industry events and collaborate internally to drive a high-performance sales culture
- Travel as needed across the assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of technical sales cycles, especially around Identity & Access Management (IAM), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), cloud infrastructure, or crypto agility solutions
- Naturally curious with a strong inclination to ask insightful questions and deeply understand customer challenges
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to articulate complex technology value propositions to executive stakeholders
- Self-driven, motivated, and purpose-driven professional with a passion for building and expanding enterprise customer relationships
