Requirements
- Proven experience selling staffing solutions, particularly in light industrial and skilled trades, or related industries, at a national level
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and close deals
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets while earning performance-based incentives
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the United States to meet clients and generate new business. (25% - 50% travel)
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to sales and business development
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted sales plan for the market, identifying growth areas and employing effective tactics to exceed revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing customized staffing solutions that address their unique needs
- Leverage cold calling, networking, and industry events to consistently generate and qualify new leads
- Identify and close new business opportunities in the light industrial and skilled trades industries
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, showcasing our platform’s value and how our staffing solutions can solve client challenges
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the market to refine your sales strategy
- Travel extensively within the region to meet clients, attend industry events, and nurture relationships that drive sales growth
- Regularly report on sales progress, forecast revenue, and provide updates to senior leadership
