Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales
- 5+ years leading a distributed Sales team
- A consistent track record of exceeding quota and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Deep experience selling complex, consultative solutions to technical and business decision-makers
- Expertise in MEDDIC and strong familiarity with Command of the Message
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for building in fast-paced, early-stage environments
- Knowledge of or experience in privacy, data security, or AI compliance
Responsibilities
- Building, leading, and inspiring a high-performing team of enterprise Account Executives
- Owning regional revenue goals and developing winning go-to-market strategies to exceed them
- Partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive a seamless buyer journey
- Serving as a strategic leader in key deals, navigating complex sales cycles and engaging with senior stakeholders
- Forecasting and reporting pipeline performance and key sales metrics to senior leadership
- Leveraging and optimizing the sales playbook to drive repeatable, scalable success
- Staying current on AI governance, data privacy, and compliance trends to ensure Relyance AI maintains thought leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling in the privacy, security, or data governance space
- Experience selling to CISOs or Heads of Security
- Familiarity with the Relyance AI platform and our mission
Benefits
As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $160,000 to $175,000
