Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS
  • Track record of leading teams responsible for both new business and account growth
  • Strong command of sales metrics, forecasting, and territory strategy
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and with channel partners

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Account Directors selling into enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Drive both net-new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customers
  • Build a culture of consultative selling using frameworks like MEDDIC and value-based selling
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and customer success
  • Own regional sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline health
  • Collaborate with channel partners to extend market reach and drive growth
