Summary
Join International Money Express (IMXI) as a Business Development Executive in California and drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients for their money transfer and digital financial services. This role focuses on territory expansion and new business development, requiring you to prospect, close deals, and manage sales activities through in-person visits and field sales efforts. You will be provided with a company credit card, a CRM platform, and a monthly car allowance to support your sales efforts. The company offers competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, hybrid work options, and various benefits including dental, vision, medical, 401K, and employee discounts.
Requirements
- A proven track record in territory-based business development or outside B2B sales
- At least 1+ year of experience generating and closing new business opportunities
- An aggressive, go-getter mindset with a focus on building pipeline and closing deals
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across a defined territory by targeting small and mid-sized retailers
- Identify, prospect, and close new accounts through in-person cold visits and field sales efforts
- Build and execute weekly sales plans and route strategies to maximize coverage and pipeline
- Deliver persuasive product demos showcasing our money transfer and digital financial services
- Manage all sales activities and opportunities in CRM with discipline and precision
