Summary

Join our team as a Regional Sales Manager for HVAC/R and lead sales efforts across Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, and parts of Pennsylvania. This remote position offers a competitive base salary plus commission and excellent benefits. You will develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams. Success requires proven sales management experience in HVAC/R, strong communication skills, and strategic planning abilities. The role involves market analysis, performance tracking, and representing the company at industry events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HVAC regional sales managerial experience
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively showcasing the value proposition of company offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads
