Summary

Join our team as a Regional Sales Manager, North America, and manage sales and account management of Specialty Fabrics customers. This role involves new business development, supporting existing business, and bridging communication gaps between Portugal/Czech Republic facilities and North American accounts. Travel within North America (including Canada and Mexico) is required, but should not exceed 40-50% of working time. You will prepare sales reports, analyze market trends, and develop sales strategies to maximize growth. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn SAP. Textile manufacturing or sales account management experience is preferred, along with a four-year degree in the textile field.

Requirements

  • Must be a self-starter, able to effectively manage based on the needs of the business
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and willing to learn SAP operational software

Responsibilities

  • Manage portfolios of customers in specialty fabrics and single end cord
  • Prepare and schedule visits with existing and potential customers
  • Organize and prepare meetings with customers, prepare price sheets, organize, and communicate development activities, update internal development tracking documents
  • Issue business reports, document the requested sales activities
  • Provide & develop information for the sales budget, sales forecasts, sales reports for each customer, product and region
  • Analyze and monitor the market and competitors, identifying potential leads and business opportunities
  • Develop sales strategies to maximize growth and profitability in the North American market
  • All other sales & marketing tasks as assigned by the Global Market Leader

Preferred Qualifications

  • Textile manufacturing or prior sales account management experience preferred
  • 4 year degree in the textile field preferred
  • Multi-lingual a plus but not required
