Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-based B2B sales experience in healthcare SaaS, medical device, or digital health solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas (e.g., Presidentโs Club, top performer rankings)
- Strong understanding of acute disease workflows, imaging, AI-driven healthcare technology, and hospital C-Suite strategy
- Highly motivated, self-starter mindset with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel (>50%) within the territory
Responsibilities
- Own and drive sales execution in a defined region, meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Develop and expand relationships with interventionalists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, cardiologists, radiologists, IT, and C-suite executives (CIO, CMO, CFO, CEO)
- Deliver compelling value-based sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to each stakeholder
- Execute strategic plans to penetrate in-network and out-of-network hospitals, IDNs, and healthcare organizations
- Utilize clinical studies and real-world data to highlight Viz.aiโs impact on clinical workflow efficiency and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with clinical specialists, customer success, and marketing to drive awareness and adoption
- Negotiate and close enterprise SaaS contracts in a consultative, multi-touchpoint sales cycle
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform sales strategies and product development
- Travel within the region (50%+) for on-site meetings, demonstrations, and industry events
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and expertise selling to interventionalists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, cardiologists, radiologists, IT, and C-suite executives (CIO, CMO, CFO, CEO) strongly preferred
- Experience in healthcare AI software sales preferred
