Requirements

• Independent, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Executing strategic consulting engagements
• Leading engagements, developing consulting recommendations
• Contributing to the creation of best practices and methodology assets
• Driving a standard and consistent operating model across your region
• Managing a large team of Colleagues across multiple markets
• Engaging and developing the team to achieve optimum performance
• Dealing with day to day queries from Colleagues – liaising with local HR, Training Teams as required
• Developing practice assets such as assessment, project plans, data sets, market research and financial models
• Acting as the trust business advisor to our Business Leaders
• Analyse data and metrics and make informed decisions
• Undertaking problem solving activities and escalating to the Associate Director where necessary
• Manage all stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery
• Identifying and leading continuous improvement processes
