  • Identify and close new business opportunities in the light industrial and skilled trades industries
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, showcasing our platform’s value and how our staffing solutions can solve client challenges
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the market to refine your sales strategy
  • Travel extensively within the region to meet clients, attend industry events, and nurture relationships that drive sales growth
  • Regularly report on sales progress, forecast revenue, and provide updates to senior leadership
