Join American College of Education as the Registration Coordinator (RC) and play a vital role in managing student registrations, transcript orders, and enrollment verifications. As a key member of our team, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of student information while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• 2 years of direct work experience with a college registration department preferred
• Proficient in Campus Nexus Student Information System is preferred
• Must be able to maintain high level of sensitivity and commitment to the need of diverse populations
• Must be able to multitask in a high stress, fast-paced environment while continuing to maintain a stellar customer service relationship
• Work experience in an online environment with knowledge of state and federal regulations to include enrollment policies and procedure is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Manage the Registration inbox
• Standardized communications
• Transcript ordering
• Deferments and enrollment verifications
• Enroll all new students into the first course for the program
• Process change of start dates and cancellations
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of student transcript orders
• Maintain the integrity of student records
• Provide excellent customer service
