Requirements

  • Complete higher education in a related field
  • Relevant experience in the Payment Institution, acquirer, sub-acquirer market, and fintechs
  • Fluent Portuguese and English
  • Extensive knowledge of technology
  • Familiarity with COSIF norms for conglomerate type 3
  • Understanding of rules applicable to SCFI, Payment institution and conglomerate
  • Application of artificial intelligence

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams to analyze and monitor regulatory demands in the financial market and payments sector
  • Participate in and monitor regulatory discussions related to the payments market, including Zetta
  • Conduct regulatory analysis associated with Open Banking, Sandbox, PIX, Real Digital, and other relevant initiatives
  • Monitor the development of new products and features from a regulatory and compliance perspective
  • Serve as the focal point for the Compliance team in monitoring compliance programs such as Chargeback programs and Fraud Prevention in relation to schemes
  • Engage in relationship-building with schemes and ensuring business areas are updated on program compliance
  • Interact and follow up with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, Financial, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience participating in the authorization process of financial institutions
  • Experience in international projects
  • American regulation
