Summary

This job is for a Regulatory Advisor position at Binance in Taiwan. The role involves providing advice on regulatory issues, communicating with financial regulators, and drafting strategic plans. Candidates should be admitted to practice in Taiwan or have post-qualification experience in a Taiwanese law firm or Financial Services company.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Taiwan and/or post qualification in a Taiwanese law firm or Financial Services company
• At least 4 years post-qualification experience gained in top tier law firms and/or financial institutions
• Experience providing regulatory advice to financial institutions and other businesses including banks, investment managers and/or payments platforms based in Taiwan

Responsibilities

• Advise on a variety of regulatory issues in Taiwan and other regions in APAC, including licensing and structuring issues, drafting Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy, etc
• Assist communications with financial regulators and/or other government agencies
• Draft and review strategic plans and submissions to regulatory authorities, respond to regulatory enquiries, and help shaping the long-term regulatory strategy
• Advise on regulatory issues in relation to various global products

Preferred Qualifications

Experience liaising with financial regulators and/or other government agencies will be a plus
