Summary
Join Eurofins Scientific as a Release Manager and deploy builds across various environments, onboard new environments, and handle transversal projects. Manage risks, resolve issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality, and ensure timely deployments. Maintain the release schedule for all core services, aligning with key partners and vendors, and coordinating release content. Communicate project plans, commitments, and changes, including QA plans and scope changes. Conduct release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and business Go/No-Go reviews. Produce deployment documentation, run books, and implementation plans, and participate in CAB meetings. Lead and coordinate Go-Live activities, execute deployment plans, and maintain checklists. Generate weekly release reports and improve the release process by documenting issues and developing enhancement plans, including automation recommendations. Interact with individuals across various hierarchical levels to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Have a solid understanding of Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration (CD/CI) pipelines
- Have a good grasp of cloud deployment, preferably within an Azure environment
- Have three to four years of relevant experience in release and deployment management
- Demonstrate ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and tasks efficiently
- Possess strong leadership, analytical skills, troubleshooting capabilities, and organizational abilities
- Have proficiency with Windows platforms, MSSQL databases, and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
- Have experience working in an MS Azure cloud environment
- Have familiarity with CI and build deployment tools such as Octopus Deploy

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile practices
- Familiarity with deployment tools such as Octopus
- Knowledge of MS Project and Excel-Macros
- Experience in document management for audit compliance processes
- Knowledge of version control tools like Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana
