Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development (PM, QA, DevOps)
- 2+ years of experience specifically in release or delivery management
- Deep understanding of CI/CD, versioning, branching strategies, and SDLC
- Strong working knowledge of tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps
- Proven ability to manage multiple releases in parallel with minimal oversight
- Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and conflict resolution
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for rapid issue solving and research
- Exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and a continuous learning mindset
Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end software release processes for multiple teams and products
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, product, and business stakeholders to align on release scope and timelines
- Anticipate and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and change impacts
- Ensure deployment readiness, including rollback planning, monitoring setup, and stakeholder communication
- Drive coordination of deployment activities in production environments
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipeline strategies in tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket Pipelines
- Provide regular release metrics, reports, and retrospectives to leadership
- Document lessons learned and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
- Knowledge of any scripting languages of Python, Java, or similar
- Good English proficiency, both written and spoken
