Requirements

• Speak German language at B2+ level
• Speak English language at B1+ level
• Have highly developed analytical skills, ability to work with large datasets
• Be detail-oriented and responsible in task execution
• Be able to use effective approaches, search for alternative solutions in case of goal unattainment
• Have systemic thinking, ability to structure information and identify the main point

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets with topics related to Job Search
• Identify critical and non-critical errors in data processing processes
• Consult with development teams on displaying errors and coordinating optimal solutions
• Create structured descriptions of tasks in Jira and manage them
• Use internal tools for data analysis, as well as Excel and SQL for working with databases and operational tasks
• Work with search queries, analyze results, and determine ways to improve relevance
