Responsibilities

• Identify critical and non-critical errors in data processing processes
• Consult with developer teams on displaying errors and coordinating optimal solutions
• Create a structured description of tasks in Jira and manage them
• Use internal tools for data analysis, as well as Excel and SQL for working with databases and operational tasks
• Work with search queries, analyze results, and determine ways to improve relevance
• Analyze and structure large datasets related to job search
• Propose ideas and hypotheses for improving the search mechanism
