Join our dynamic and vibrant sales team as an Account Director - SLED, where you'll focus on prospecting new deals and customers in the US Federal Government and Defense Industrial Base. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and nurturing new business opportunities within the SaaS industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record in federal sales ideally in a SaaS organization (2-5yrs)
- Strong understanding of technical software solutions and their applications
- Experience in Microsoft and/or Salesforce environment preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to exceed targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and markets, thinking big to drive revenue growth, developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives
- Conduct thorough research, capture prospect roadmaps during discovery calls to fully understand long term company objectives, the needs and pain points to present customized software solutions
- Initiate and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Act as a customer advocate within the company, respond and route all queries/questions within assigned customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly
- Build and execute on territory plans to drive seamless execution of new logo pursuits
- Convert leads into opportunities, and subsequently into customers, by utilizing the Nintex sales process and the sales support resources
- Utilize strong product knowledge and technical acumen to conduct effective, high-level demos before bringing in Sales Engineers, connecting prospectsβ business objectives to specific Nintex solutions
- Draw on value messaging to conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our software , emphasizing their value and benefits
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Keep accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in Salesforce
- Overcome objections, negotiate terms and pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Close deals by understanding customer needs and demonstrating how our products or services meet those needs
- Cultivate and leverage relationships with Channel Partners to source and close additional opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other departments to ensure a smooth/seamless transition of new customers to ensure customer success and satisfaction
