Remote Account Executive, Employer Sales

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years enterprise sales experience
• Demonstrable track record meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Executive presence and high level of professionalism, with the ability to pitch to both C-level executives and to their benefit departments
• Strategic Vision: The ability to see the bigger picture, understanding not just the 'what' but the 'why' behind our mission, and translating that into sales strategies
• Driven Mindset: A proven history of going above and beyond, whether in sales achievements, relationship-building, or problem-solving. Your persistence is legendary
• Familiarity with HR departments, including their budget cycles and decision-making processes
• History of prospecting and architecting successful outbound campaigns
• Exceptional communicator, including pitching via a live product demo
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external departments to achieve goals
• Scrappiness; a solution-oriented go-getter who can think out of the box

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and prospecting to presentation and deal closing
• Become a trusted advisor and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at employers, understanding their specific needs and concerns
• Consistently achieve (and aim to exceed) monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Refine and build an internal sales process: Continuously evaluate the efficacy of our process and drive operational improvements
