Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with accounts in the commodities sectors to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Initiate and lead discussions with key stakeholders, including directors and senior managers, to identify business needs and opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives by exploring opportunities within existing accounts, including new departments and services
  • Collaborate with Account Development Representatives to leverage leads and insights from existing clients
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings to effectively position the companyโ€™s solutions
