Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with CROs- specific experience with Medtech CROs is highly desirable
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management or business development
- Experience with clinical solutions
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and presentation skills
- Self-innovation and management, fast response
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- A passion for solving customer business problems
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level
- Meet/Exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
- Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
- Keep current with industry trends and engage customers addressing their business challenges
- Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer
