Requirements

• Minimum two years' experience directly related to ordering appraisals within a financial institution
• Experience utilizing Mercury/Encompass to order appraisals
• Familiarity with the FHA/HUD Handbook
• Proficient in accurately identifying property types
• Familiarity with report types – 1004, 1004C, 1004D, 1025, 1073
• Familiarity with AIR/USPAP compliance
• Overall knowledge of the mortgage lending process
• Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

Cover all appraisal activity to ensure a smooth process

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with FHA Connection
• Familiarity with Electronic Appraisal Delivery Portal
