Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging passive candidates
  • Advanced knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, internet searches and social media platforms
  • Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct Boolean searches and leverage advanced search techniques to identify potential candidates
  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies
  • Collaborate with recruitment director to understand position requirements and create targeted sourcing plans
  • Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline activities and effectiveness
  • Maintain candidate database and lead sheets, ensuring and sharing accurate documentation of all sourcing activities
  • Foster positive relationships with potential candidates through professional networking
  • Handle administrative responsibilities including database updates and Consultant/Vendor onboarding
  • Assist with creating marketing material and advertising full-time and consulting career opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Previous recruitment experience in environmental consulting/due diligence
