Remote Associate Account Management Representative

Summary

Join our team as an Account Management Representative at FiscalNote, where you'll lead client relationships, develop industry-specific policy expertise, and drive engagement with our products. As a highly creative and intelligent individual, you'll carefully identify the value add of FiscalNote/CQ products to current clients and tactfully leverage all manners of communication to ensure clients are happy with our services.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience
• Proven success as an Account Management Representative or in a quota-carrying role
• A bachelor’s degree, preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Schedule client meetings based on where they are in their contract lifecycle
• Perform both cold and warm outreach to current clients
• Strategically plan account penetration
• Identify potential up/cross-sell opportunities within current clients
• Identify and Alert Account Managers (AMs) and Client Success Managers (CSMs) of any Accounts that are at risk of churning, and collaborate with those colleagues on an action plan
• Attend Client Meetings with your AMs and CSMs to take good notes and identify key takeaways to debrief with the AM/CSM on after the meeting
• Assist AMs/CSMs with meeting prep by helping to build custom client slide decks in advance of client meetings
• Drive engagement with our products through timely and relevant content-sending: AMRs are expected to send at least 2 pieces of content to each client every week, and to become thought leaders in driving which content to send to clients on a weekly basis
• Leverage sales enablement tools to guide frequency and quality of client communication
• Attend Thought Leadership and Industry Events
• Develop industry-specific policy expertise
