Summary
Join our team as a Senior Sales Manager and help maximize a massive market opportunity by leading a team of Account Executives. You will manage full sales cycle role reps selling into HR/Benefits decision-makers at mid-size corporates in the assigned U.S territory.
Requirements
- Previous track record of success in achieving sales targets
- 2+ years of sales leadership preferred
- Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of the benefits space
- Proactive approach to activating new customers
- Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems
- Strong statistical and analytical skills
- The ability to travel up to 10% of the year (if required)
Responsibilities
- Manage full sales cycle role reps selling into HR/Benefits decision-makers at mid-size corporates in the assigned U.S territory
- Ramp up new hires to ensure they are ready to sell to prospective customers
- Work cross departmentally to improve efficiencies across the team
- Monitor pipeline and communicate how the team is tracking to the VP of Sales
- Travel as needed to see target clients and attend prospecting events and conferences
- Bring ideas on best approaches to marketing our products in new and innovative ways
