Remote Associate Manager, Credit & Collections

Summary

Join our team as a Credit and Collections Manager and oversee the Credit and Collections team, develop processes to improve collections and reduce aged account balances. Manage accounts receivable assets, establish customer payment plans, and handle advanced customer escalations.

Requirements

• Typically 5-7 or more years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in related discipline
• Focus on internal and external customer service
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
• Experienced negotiation skills
• Strong process building skills
