Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and operations engineering, product management, or related
  • 1 year of experience in Product management or related
  • Must have experience with each of the following: 1) Developing and managing payment integrations platforms in fintech industry to streamline payment processes and enhance user experience; 2) Integrating and utilizing call center platforms to enhance customer service operations and improve call center efficiency; and 3) Monitoring KPIs and observability of product functionality using NewRelic and Looker, including rollouts, debugging, and stack improvements

Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of product releases
  • Partner with the operations team to streamline operations, improve KPIs, and replace manual solutions with automation
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and business growth
  • Monitor KPIs and observability of product functionality using NewRelic and Looker, including rollouts, debugging, and stack improvements
  • Listen to agent calls to validate product assumptions and iterate solutions, including integrating call center platforms to enhance customer service operations and improve efficiency
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including user guides and release notes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, strategy, and analytics to ensure successful product launches and changes
  • Ensure that products meet regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Develop and manage payment integrations platforms to streamline payment processes
  • Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize business performance and user experience

Job Title: Associate Product Manager

Location: 222 N LaSalle St, Suite 1600, Chicago, IL 60601

Job Description: The Associate Product Manager is responsible for the customer experience, employee experience, and business KPIs for their product area. They work closely with the engineering team, operations team, strategy team, as well as the executive team to drive the product roadmap and deliver innovative solutions to our customers and employees. Primary duties include: Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of product releases. Special Skills: Must have experience with each of the following: 1) Developing and managing payment integrations platforms in fintech industry to streamline payment processes and enhance user experience; 2) Integrating and utilizing call center platforms to enhance customer service operations and improve call center efficiency; and 3) Monitoring KPIs and observability of product functionality using NewRelic and Looker, including rollouts, debugging, and stack improvements. Work is performed in the company’s office in Chicago with some remote work permitted per company policy.
