Job Description

Join the team at Operational Services GmbH, within Deutsche Telekom Systems Solutions Slovakia, providing opportunities for German-speaking talents in Slovakia. OS is one of the leading ICT service providers in the German market and is considered the backbone of digitization in medium-sized companies. With almost 1,000 highly qualified employees, OS develops and operates the most modern IT systems for our customers, ensures long-term system support, and maintains the availability of critical business processes.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• support with user assistance,
• ensuring smooth operations,
• updating the Atlassian environment (DataCenter),
• administration of Atlassian Jira and Confluence,
• the role is as a member of an agile team following Scrum, requires participation in regular meetings.

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• know Confluence,
• have experience with J ira administration (customizing of workflows, schemas, fields, …),
• have experience with user support for Jira & Confluence (comparable to 2nd/3rd level),
• (Release) communication and user documentation,
• speak English(B2+ level), German is a big advantage

Nice to have:

• Documentation and processes - regulation/compliance (incidents, changes, service requests, deployment documentation, CyberArk, …)
• ORM (Operational Release Management)
• Jenkins administration (CI/CD / pipelines / jobs)
• Platform topics (Java, Tomcat, performance)
• Firewall / network Basic
• Plugin development (Java, Atlas SDK) Basic

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1300€ /brutto.
