Responsibilities

  • Review customer contracts and order forms for accuracy and completeness, ensuring proper contractual terms, fees, allocations, and correct product codes
  • Work cross functionally and inter-departmentally with Sales, Account Managers and Professional Services teams
  • Assist with collection efforts for certain customers
  • Enter sales orders and revenue schedules in accounting system of record
  • Prepare and review customer invoices
  • Help manage various customer requests and questions through Zendesk
  • Assist with processing partner commissions
  • Prepare monthly travel expense invoices
  • Assist in providing audit support for revenue transactions
  • Research and resolve online store billing issues through support tickets
  • Identify, investigate and communicate online store issues as needed from routine to critical

Acquia is looking for a full-time Billing Specialist to join our rapidly growing Finance team. The position will report to the Billing Supervisor and will be an integral part of the Finance team at Acquia.Β  The ideal candidate will be detail and process-oriented with a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, integrity, and welcomes the opportunity to make a difference in building accurate and timely revenue processes with the highest controls and accuracy.

Primary Responsibilities
