Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough audits to identify unmatched instances in SNPROD2, documenting all to form a complete view of assets
• Investigate unmatched instances to determine ownership and collaborate with stakeholders for accountability
• Ensure all instances adhere to EOL procedures and document necessary details for certification
• Work with stakeholders to validate ownership info and align with software asset management protocols
• Prepare comprehensive reports and maintain records to offer visibility into inventory and compliance metrics
