Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business leads and expand the client portfolio within the IT outsourcing sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning our services to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and solutions that address client challenges and objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing IT Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote our services and capabilities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded
