Join Blue J as a Business Development Representative to help scale the company's growth and contribute meaningfully to its success. As a BDR, you will work with leadership to develop territory strategies, conduct cold calls and emails, and manage the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting both inbound and cold calls and emails to decision-makers at top law and accounting firms across North America
  • Attending trade shows and conventions as needed - virtually or in person
  • Effectively qualifying opportunities
  • Managing the sales pipeline, moving prospects through lead, discovery and up to demonstration stages
  • Maintaining LinkedIn presence, promoting marketing material and connecting with industry members
