Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • Proven inside sales experience; 3+ years required
  • Background selling into child welfare, juvenile justice, mental health, and probation & parole agencies preferred
  • Experience with Functional Family Therapy a plus!
  • Knowledge of Medicaid processes and various funding systems (grant, program, county matching) is a major plus!
  • Experience with Government and Mental Health agency structures
  • Knowledge of the value of evidence-based programs (EBPs) and services is a plus
  • Track record of achieving quota
  • Experience and appreciation for utilizing a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, etc. to manage customer relationships and opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and nurture inbound B2B and B2G leads through the entire sales cycle
  • Manage all lead conversion activities including coordination of lead qualification and prioritization, prospect follow-up, introductory conversations, sending of sales collateral, in-person meetings, etc
  • Position yourself as an authority in the industry and consultant to your prospects by thoroughly understanding their needs
  • Cultivate and build upon existing relationships to serve as a trusted advisor to your client base
  • Look for opportunities to improve the process with regard to outreach, sales cycle, sales collateral, and use of technology
  • Monitor external and internal environments for the development of new market segments and opportunities
  • Coordinate extensively with cross-functional teams including marketing and clinical staff
  • Attend trade shows/conferences to meet industry peers and champion FFT’s value proposition

Benefits

This position can be remote with some travel required. If located in the Atlanta, GA area, a hybrid work arrangement can be considered in our Atlanta-based office
