Join our team at Clarify and power better care by developing new business opportunities through daily outbound prospecting activity. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (listening & verbal & written)
- Achievement driven (performance focused)
- Strong organizational skills (daily and weekly planning)
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, LinkedIn, 6sense, SalesLoft preferred, Zoom Info, Sales Navigator)
- Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
- Able to work independently and reliably while also developing strong working relationships within the broader Sales and Marketing teams
- Strong interpersonal skills (ability to purposely capitalize upon relationships)
- Track record of achieving measurable monthly lead development/sales goals
- Post-secondary education/Bachelorβs degree
Responsibilities
- Develop sales opportunities by scheduling appointments and demos between (prospective) customers and Sales Directors
- Target prospects through provided monthly marketing campaigns
- Contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn reaching 60-80 account touches per day
- Strategically identify titles within accounts to align their needs with our appropriate products/services and ICPs
- Ensure successful follow through and tracking of the sales cycle by keeping SFDC accurate and up to date
- Stay up to date with new products/solutions
- Work in close collaboration with Account Directors to deliver impactful outreach to prospects
- Achieve monthly quota
